This is the system behind my reels. No timeline, no list of links to copy. You install one plugin, drop in your clip, pick a look, leave notes on the frames you want changed, and post.
Type /reel and press Enter. The first run sets up the video engine and the speech models. It takes a few minutes and ends with READY.
Missing something (Python, Node, ffmpeg)? It tells you the exact fix for your computer. Stuck anyway? Ask in the community.

Checking your computer… ✓ Python ✓ ffmpeg ✓ Node ✓ Speech models ✓ Video engine READY

Step 7Answer the brand questions once
Your name, handle, colors, fonts and call to action. It saves them and uses them on every video after.
That's setup done. Next: send it a clip.
Saved for every video
What your computer needs: Python 3.10 or newer, Node 22 or newer, and ffmpeg (the check in step 6 tells you how to get any you're missing). macOS, Windows 10/11 or Linux, and a few GB of free disk.
Send Claude your clip in the chat. Drag the file into the chat box, or copy its path (Mac: right-click, hold Option, "Copy as Pathname"). A folder of clips works too.
Send a reel whose style you like (optional). Claude copies the system, not the content.
Pick a look and approve the storyboard in the Reel Room page Claude opens for you. Your first cut shows up a few minutes later.
Review it. Pin notes on frames, snip words, nudge a cut. Then say "check the Room" in your chat.
Pick your title hook, cover and caption, download, post. Nothing is posted until you say yes.
Before
The raw take. 24 seconds: a false start, an "um" and dead air.
→
After
The edit. Same lines in 20 seconds: cut, captioned, cards on top.
Film it like this: 4K portrait if you can. Keep talking through mistakes and say the line again; Claude keeps the best clean take. Say what the B-roll should be out loud, or list it in the chat.
3The 8 looks
Pick one in the Styles tab. Every look you like can become your own preset.

4Reel Notes
This is where you edit by talking. These are the real notes from the reel above. Tap one to jump to that moment.
Watch the cut, stop on the frame, type what you want: "there's a gap here, tighten it up", "make this word bigger". Every note pins to that exact frame. Claude reads them all, fixes each one and tells you what it changed.

Stop on any frame and start typing. The note pins to that frame.
5Turn it into a skill
When a video comes out the way you like, tell Claude:
Hey, turn this into a skill.
It saves the whole process, including every fix you asked for, so the next video starts where this one ended. Next time it's one line: your skill name and your new clip.
